- What does staging include? Staging includes: an on-site consultation and walkthrough of your property, full home staging set up, use of staging for 6 weeks (unless your property is sold prior)
- Can you use my furniture for staging? Partial staging is where we would work with your existing furniture, and add some of our furniture and home décor to prepare your property for sale. We prefer to stage a house in full to present the best possible home for our clients, however we do offer partial staging.
- How long does home staging take? Staging can be completed in a day, we usually require up to three to six hours to stage a property. If you have a larger home, we can dedicate more crew for the stage and finish everything within the same day so you can plan for other things such as photography and tours.
- Is staging required and worth the spend? Staging helps the buyers imagine their future home. While they tour the home there are emotions which come up and the setting makes the buyer to ask question and be curious if this was the right place for them to invest. Staging also helps sell the home faster and for the right price which saves overall cost to the sellers.
- What are your payment terms? Full payment is required prior to your staging date. we accept check, credit card and ACH online transfers.
